One loaded country-made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, he is languishing in jail custody since 31-07-2014 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhansoi P.S.
