Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S.Case No. 160 of 2014.

As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners badly assaulted the informant and her family

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is family disputes between the parties. They are covillagers. There is case and counter case and both the cases have been compromised and good sense has prevailed between them.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Araria in connection with Araria (R.S) P.S.Case No. 160 of 2014(G.R.No. 1005/2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
