The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif, by an order dated 20.1.2015 in A.B.P. No. 1655 of 2015 arising out of Manpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 on the grounds that on merits, the Opposite Party No. 2 did not deserve anticipatory bail.
