The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Chandan P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1065 of 2017) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is while preparing the voter list petitioner has illegally entered two names i.e. one Nitu Singh and Babita Kumari, which names were not recommended to be published with voter list and an explanation was called from the petitioner which has been replied by the petitioner. The petitioner has no any criminal antecedent from before.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32072 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1065 of 2017); subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (S. Kumar, J) Amit/- U
