Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.6.2015 on the accusation that he made attempt to commit theft of mobile and charger but he was caught on the spot and from his possession four mobile sets have been recovered.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Katihar Rail P.S. Case no. 17/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
