ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2019 in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.281 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is false and frivolous and the case has been instituted as an afterthought after four days of the occurrence and the delay has not been explained. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner and others is of general and omnibus in nature and the injuries purported to have been inflicted are simple in

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that save and except one case instituted under the Excise Act, in which the petitioner has already been in bail, there is no other criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.281 of 2018.
