2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31435 of 2023 to the extent of correction in the name of court below and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, the name of concerned court below has wrongly been typed as 'A.C.J.M, Benipur, Darbhanga' in place of 'Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 21.07.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31435 of 2023,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67871 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 in place of 'A.C.J.M, Benipur, Darbhanga' name of court below be read as 'Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga' and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31435 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only.
