Petitioners and one other were caught by the villagers and three stolen motorcycles were seized from their possession. Petitioners disclosed that it was co-accused Chunnu Tiwari who used to steal motorcycle and so far as petitioners are concerned, they used to bring the stolen motorcycles for selling the same in market. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 03.07.2016. Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44977 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No.204 of 2016.
