The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.9.2021 (Annexure-1) giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing 1 year in custody. The petitioner has remained in custody since 18.1.2021.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
