The present application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the amount released by the Government as grant in aid in favour of petitioner treating him as a regular teacher working against the sanctioned post of the Phalguni Prasad Yadav Intermediate College, Chakai, Jamui It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent-State that the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Tribunal has been constituted under the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2013. In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Tribunal within four weeks.
Patna High Court CWJC No.630 of 2011 (14) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 In view of the fact that the petitioner is pursuing the remedy before this Court as this writ application is pending since 2011 and counsels for all parties agree not to raise the issue of limitation before the Appellate Authority, it is expected from the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal expeditiously on merit in accordance with law without allowing the parties to raise the issue of limitation provided the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
