JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/471/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner got appointed as ANM in the Primary Health Centre, Panapur on the basis of forged nursing certificate.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed on 14.03.2014 and after two months of service she was removed. The petitioner still claims that her certificates are genuine. Moreover, the order for recovery of paid emolument has been passed by the authority.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has only worked for two months, let her be released on anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35235 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.154 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
