The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 3, 18(2) and 17(1) of the P.C. & P.N.D.T. Act.

In sum and substance it is alleged that the petitioner was running an Ultrasound clinic without proper qualification. There was no doctor also attached with the clinic. Be that as it may, the petitioner above named in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41798 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case no. C2- 73 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
