2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 17.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37655 of 2022, in which direction was made to the trial court to expedite the trial nine months after framing of charge.

3. From perusal of the record, it transpires that report was called for. From the report, it transpires that charge has been framed on 07.12.2023, but petitioner moved earlier before this Court i.e., prior to lapse of nine months.

4. As such, this Court is of the opinion that petition is immature and the present bail application is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
