The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Daughter of the informant was married to Pappu Kumar in the year 2008. The informant alleged that his daughter was killed by his husband and in-laws. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and after seven years of marriage, the case is filed. But no specific allegation is made against his petitioner. Informant did not ever make any complaint about ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36279 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 P2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arrah, Bhojpur, in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 32/15.
