Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, petitioner is the husband. The case is of the dowry death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relying on the several paragraphs of the case diary has stated that the daughter of the informant as well as other eye witnesses have clearly stated that she has taken poison due to which she died. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. has also not controverted this fact.

Considering the above facts, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53488 of 2019(8) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No 43 of 2019.
