01-07-2017 The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 549C of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 420, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of arrest or surrender.

In the complaint petition, it was alleged that petitioner had engaged complainant and taken him to Silchar for doing work on monthly payment of Rs. 11,000/- (eleven thousand). It has been alleged that some amount was paid and huge amount was not paid. On such accusation, complaint petition was filed. Considering the nature of accusation in the complaint petition, the Court is of the opinion that there is no reason to refuse the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21840 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Md. Rijwan be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 549 C of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
