JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 498(A) and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting and torturing to the complainant for non fulfillment of additional dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38143 of 2014 (3) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is the husband of complainant and is named in the complaint petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

Let, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Md. Saleem, J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case No. 462/2013, Complaint Case No. 3240 ( C )/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
