Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 149, 337, 353, 341, 332 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that one person was murdered and for postmortem dead body was being sent to the hospital. In the meanwhile, many persons forming unlawful assembly made an

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30269 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 attempt to take away the dead body and blocked the road. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Only allegation is that they are members of unlawful assembly. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Virendra Singh, Madhurendra Singh, Bhola Patel, Pataru Patel, Jitendra Singh, Guddu Singh, Sheshmuni Singh, Prasidhan Singh, Bahadur Singh, Mukesh Patel and Krishna Patel be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.245 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
