JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. From the averments made in the counter affidavit, it appears that petitioner was paid his due on 02.07.2013. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner if there is any error in calculation of the entitlement of the petitioner as to the difference of salary or if any other subsisting grievance with regard to difference of salary is still unredressed, the petitioner may approach before the University by way of filing representation and the University shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass

Patna High Court CWJC No.16115 of 2012(3) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 appropriate order as to the error calculation or unredressed grievance as to the arrears of salary within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing of representation alongwith a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
