The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rahui P. S. Case No. 202 of 2019 dated 22.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55728 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/3 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the F.I.R. that all the accused persons entered the house of the informant and assaulted the inmates of his family.

It has been submitted that there is counter version of the occurrence lodged by one Mithlesh Ram @ Mite Ram leading to lodging of Rahui P. S. Case No. 204 of 2019. Apart from Section 307, all the sections alleged in the F.I.R. are bailable in nature.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of assault and the fact that the parties have settled their dispute, this petition is allowed.

The petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
