The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2018 in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 207/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his prayer was earlier rejected on 21.02.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody as observed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66061 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has already completed one year's of custody and moreover the main accused Manohar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53954 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Yadav has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 47331 of 2019 vide order dated 07.08.2019. It is submitted that admittedly the injuries caused by the petitioner were on the hands of the informant and not otherwise.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 207/2018.
