JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 The learned counsel for the Bank has submitted across the Bar that the petitioner has taken away the tractor from the police station, hence the order passed by this Court dated 19.12.2011 in CWJC no. 5165 of 2006 stands complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be granted liberty to file a petition for revival of the present case, in case the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the Bank is found incorrect.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
