JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the respondent no.9 and handover the full charge of Headmaster of Utkramit Middle School, Rasaibigha, Hilsa, District Nalanda to the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the respondents has referred to paragraph no.21 of the counter affidavit and has submitted that the petitioner has already been granted promotion vide letter dated 29.10.2016 and now, he is posted as Headmaster in Utkarmit Middle School, Arapa, Hilsa, as such the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
