The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh application for renewal of the aforesaid arms licence bearing License No. 2021/81. Liberty so sought is granted.

In case, an application, as aforesaid, is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the District Magistrate, Gaya in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
