2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he has already filed representation as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ petition. He further submits that the representation may be disposed of considering the Apex Court decision held in case of Civil Appeal No. 6770 of 2013 State of Jharkhand & Ors. vs. Jitendra Kumar Srivastava & Anr. reported in (2013) 12 SCC 210.

3. Considering the specific submission made on behalf of petitioner present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if any, filed within a period of six weeks. In case, he finds that the petitioner is entitled for pension the same is required to be paid within a period of further six weeks.

4. With the above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
