The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, petitioner along with co-accused Kaushal Kumar are alleged to have fired with pistol causing firearm injury in left leg of the informant.

It is submitted that specific allegation of causing firearm injury is against co-accused Kaushal Kumar. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he is friend of coaccused Kaushal Kumar. Petitioner is a student and claims clean antecedent.

No.67911 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
