Heard learned counsel for the State and perused the report of the trial court dated 20.9.2019, called for vide order of this Court dated 6.9.2019.

Petitioner's prayer for regular bail was earlier refused by this Court vide order dated 22.6.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 71085 of 2018.

Trial court's reports indicates that evidence of both sides has been completed and the trial is only pending for argument of either sides.

In view of the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
