The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307, 376 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The victim made allegation against her brother-inlaw that he attempted to outrage her modesty. The petitioner is said to have ordered on which brother-in-law of the informant assaulted her and poured kerosene oil on her. The petitioner is in jail since 23.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Simra P.S.
