By an order, dated 28.10.2016, the petitioner was granted the privilege of provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The said order speaks for itself.

Xerox copy of the case diary of said Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016 has been received pursuant to this Court's order dated 28.10.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44625 of 2016 (4) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 On perusal of the case diary, I am of the view that the petitioner has made out a case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, above named, vide this Court's order, dated 28.10.2016, in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016, stands confirmed.

This application is allowed.
