Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the informant protested for digging of cricket pitch situated in front of her house so all accused persons assaulted with lathi and cricket bat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between both sides. The allegation in the F.I.R. is only of assaulting the informant and injury is shown to four persons. Moreover, these petitioners have no criminal

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Ajay Kumar Rajak @ Abhay Kumar Rajak, Chitranjan Rajak @ Chitranjan Kumar, Halchal Rajak @ Halchal Dhobi and Ful Kumari Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.
