In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 544 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 307, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the police have lodged the F.I.R. from which it transpires that two groups of persons have engaged themselves in pelting stones. The police intervened in the matter and tried to stop stone pelting. In this process, the police personnel have also received injuries.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33930 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Pyare Mian and Nijamuddin Mian @ Md. Nejamuddin, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 544 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
