ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the very outset it is submitted that as the petitioner no.2 has already been taken into custody her prayer for grant of bail has become infructuous.

As such, petition for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner no.2 is dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner no.1 is apprehending her arrest in Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No.233/15 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the nature of allegation made against

No.36395 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 her and she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner no.1, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Khagaria, in Khagaria (Gangour) P.S.
