Petitioner who was on bail became absent since 18.04.2008.

Accordingly, petitioner Pintu Kumar @ Pintu is directed to be released on bail on depositing rupees twenty thousand as cash surety which will be subject to forfeiture in case petitioner is found indulge in similar kind of activity in future otherwise the amount will be returned to the petitioner after conclusion of trial of proper identification in relation to Chapra Town P.S. Case No.90/2007 to the satisfaction of ACJM-VIIth, Saran at Chapra.
