Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

As per allegation, when the police party raided the house of the petitioner, 811.440 litres of liquor was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent. He has submitted further that the

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumExcise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020.

With these observations/directions, this regular bail petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
