The petitioner seeks bail in Spl. Pocso No. 1 of 2015 arising out Kursakanta (Sonamani Godam) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 379 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. It has been alleged that informant claimed to be a minor made an allegation that on the assurance of marriage petitioner has established physical relationship for one year and even on the day of marriage he established physical relationship.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43239 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail custody.
