In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 710 of 2016 for offence under 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of attempted fraud as the cheque was deposited in the Bank, during clearance of the same, it was found that the cheque was bearing a forge signature. The petitioner is a treasurer of Society.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20422 of 2017 (4) dt.06-07-2017 bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Kumar is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
