01-07-2015 At the very outset, Sri Anjani Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 5, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. He submits that the Bihar Land Tribunal, constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, is already functioning and as such, a prayer is being made for transferring the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, as per prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
