He is seeking quashing of an order dated 20.03.2019 passed by the disciplinary authority, whereby punishment of reduction to lower grade from Scale-II to Scale-I with initial basic of Scale-I with immediate effect has been imposed in terms of Regulation 7(3) of Dena Bank Officers Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulation, 1976. The petitioner has preferred appeal before the General Manager of Dena Bank (Human Resource Department), Head Office, Mumbai, which is said to be pending since 29.03.2019.
