JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhopur P. S. Case No. 04 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 of IPC.

Prosecution case is that the police received an information that some persons were cheating money from the people to become the agents of shopping company in lucky draw and were collecting the money, on that police raided the place, three persons apprehended but the petitioner and other succeeded in fleeing away from the spot.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that he has made accused in this case only on the basis of disclosure

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.1st, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhopur P. S. Case No. 04 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
