The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.135 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the case of murder of brother of the informant has been registered against unknown and the name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation as one of the persons involved in commission of the crime, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.
