1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner, who was Incharge/Principal of Rabindranath Mukherjee Ayurved Medical College and Hospital, Motihari, has filed the present writ application for allowing the students of BAMS course for the Session 2002 to 2007-08 of the College to appear in the examination conducted by the University.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12490 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 vide Annexure P4, the Deputy Registrar of the University directed the Principal of the College to deposit registration fee and forms of the students. In pursuance thereof, the College has submitted the registration fee and forms of the student on 06.08.2020, vide Annexure P5. Learned counsel next submits that, vide Annexure P14, a detailed representation has been filed by the petitioner before the University, dated 21.07.2023, and the same is still pending.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the University submits that the University may be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner, at Annexure P14, in accordance with law.

5. In view of the rival submission and the nature of dispute, the present writ application is disposed with a direction to Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, to dispose the representation of the petitioner, at Annexure P14, in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
