This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Balia P.S.Case no.317 of 2018for the offences under Section 392of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is about snatching of the motorcycle of the informant, mobile and other articles. Petitioner is not named in the FIR but later on his name transpired on the confession and apart from that he is accused in four other cases.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confession there is nothing against him. He is in custody for nine months.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57745 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.case No.317 of 2018 with condition that after release the petitioner has to appear before the police station of his local area so that the police may watch activities of the petitioner, otherwise the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Begusarai for the needful..
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
