The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Murliganj P.S. case No. 21 of 2017 under Section 366A/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that mother and sister of the petitioner took the daughter of informant towards western side but his daughter became traceless.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was recovered and she made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. She disclosed that she voluntarily went along with the petitioner and solemnized marriage and nobody kidnapped her.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.25011 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. case No. 21 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
