JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State as also counsel for the Informant.

In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the Informant was sitting in the shop of Janata Pustakalaya, the accused persons came there with different weapons, entered into the shop and started demanding Rangdari, when the Informant refused for the same, accused Ripu Yadav caused injury on the Informant and other accused persons created a scene of terror in the market. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Vitori @ Victoriya Sao is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below will consider his prayer and will pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
