The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Karpi P.S. Case No. 102/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he got registration of his wife for engagement to the post of teacher in Sabhya Manav Sanstha Sah Viklang Kosh Viklang and Mahadalit Awasiya Vidyalaya Mithapur (Badarpur), New Delhi and paid Rs. 20,000/-, but his wife was not given appointment letter. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are Secretary, Executive Secretary and staff of the N.G.O. The informant did not make any specific allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15936 of 2017 (3) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 the petitioners. The informant has also not stated whom he paid money. Similarly situated co-accused Kaushal Yadav has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 14522/2017 and other accused persons Munna Prasad and Deepak Kumar have been granted regular bail. It appears that the informant did not make any sorts of allegation against the petitioners, save and except the name of the petitioners figured in the statement of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 102/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
