JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has constructed the house on the land of housing board.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that large number of persons have constructed the house and are living there. The land, on which, the construction has been made is the ancestral land of the petitioner and he is also paying the electricity bills.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

No.43373 of 2018 (4) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
