The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kathaiya P. S. Case No. 57 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are neither the family members nor in any way related to the family of the deceased and they have been made accused only because they participated in cremation of the deceased, which fact has also not been controverted by the learned counsel for the State, the

No.55438 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-II, West-cum-Sub-Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P. S. Case No. 57 of 2019.
