The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one another made an attempt to steal the motorcycle belonging to the petitioner but were caught on the spot.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case under a misunderstanding. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR took place. He is in custody since 27.04.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Case No. 202 of 2021 on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.III, Patna.
