1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application directing the respondent/authorities to consider the application of inter-divisional transfer of the petitioner from Marwari Higher Secondary School, Katihar, (Purnia Division) to M.J.K. Girls Inter College, Motihari (Tirhut Division) on the ground that wife of the petitioner has been suffering from incurable illness and residing at Motihari and nobody is there to take care of her. The petitioner was appointed as a clerk in Marwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.13359 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 Higher Secondary School, Katihar, in 2005 and since then, he has been working flawlessly. The petitioner has filed a representation before Director, Secondary Education, for Redressal of his grievance but the same is pending since 18.06.2021.

Learned counsel for the State submits that since representation of the petitioner is pending for a very long period, the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before the Director, Secondary Education, and the Director, Secondary Education, will decide the representation of the petitioner within the reasonable time frame.

4. Considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ application, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation before Director, Secondary Education, within a period of one month.

5. If such representation is filed, the Director, Secondary Education, shall be obliged to dispose the representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ
