Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 490 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of the informant.

No.69039 of 2021(3) dt.08-03-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 10.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 67294 of 2021, by which the husband of the informant namely Ravi Ranjan has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reason recorded in the order dated 10.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 67294 of 2021, this application is also disposed of.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on provisional anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge, XIV-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 490 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as subject to the following conditions:- (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the

(c) The petitioners shall attend the Court on each and every date till confirmation of the provisional bail.

(d) the Court below shall notice both the parties for amicable settlement and if the petitioners would be found cooperative, the Court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioners.
